Came yesterday to have two wisdom teeth one on the top, one on the bottom on one side out!! I have been to St Faith's three times before. They are truly amazing every time I have been from the time I arrived to the time I left nothing was too much, Richard as ever put my mind at ease, listened to my questions and concerns, I was given so much reassurance by everyone. Sarah what a lovely lady!! was with me all the time, the sedationist was excellent, such a kind man, who explained what was going to happen every step of the way! What an excellent practice. Albeit having attended for an extraction, I can't praise the staff and practitioners highly enough. For an exceptionally nervous and anxious person when it comes to all things teeth, I was immediately made to feel comfortable and the dental surgeon and anaesthetist immediately put me at ease, and undertook their dealing and treatment professionally and with such care. Can't thank them, and other staff enough for their understanding.
Took my daughter here on 28th Jan to have a tooth removed, she has complex needs and also asd, she had been to a special needs dentist and they had made her absolutely terrified of having work done and wanted her to be sedated or put to sleep to take a tooth out, needless to say I went to another dentist who referred us to st faiths, and I am so happy and grateful that he did, the kindness, care and compassion to her was outstanding! They didnt rush her, they gave her lots of breaks, they kept talking to her all the time and she didnt even know that the tooth had been pulled and she didn't …
Been here today with my son who is on the spectrum, everyone was amazing. They explained everything and made a difficult process bearable. They were compassionate and understanding and ready to provide support and help not just for the patients but for the parents as well. Would give it 10 starts if I could, thank you, was dreading the day but it turned out to be the most positive experience we had with any dentist
