Being from a certain age when dentistry was horrendous i.e. the 1960s, I have retained my nervousness when it comes to any form of dental treatment. However, I’ve been attending the Kings dental care for many years now (30+?) with that deeply ingrained fear, that, following various treatments has ALWAYS proved to be unfounded. I’ve always been a really nervous patient when it comes to the dentist, so I was absolutely dreading this appointment — especially since it was my first visit at kings dental. But from the moment I walked in, I was made to feel completely at ease. Athena was so kind, gentle, and understanding. She took the time to explain everything to me step by step, never rushed me, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Muhseema has to be the best hygienist I’ve ever visited. She is kind, patient and thorough. She’s so friendly and really puts you at ease. My teeth have never been so sparkling! I particularly loved the airflow procedure she performed, it made a real difference. Thank you!
I was extremely nervous to attend,but after meeting Eva a lovely receptionist who gave me some paper work to complete l was taken in and helped as I am disabled and need help with steps by lovelydental nurse Lucia,and I mer wonderful Athena, who took xrays and then explained what needed to be done. I found both athenaeum and Lucia very kind and patient and I was made to feel very calm after the explanation.
