Absolutely deserve 5 star rating. Amazing practice. Dr Esen is a fantastic, understanding, gentle dentist. Very knowledgeable, i would definitely recommend. Having just had more treatment a big thank you to Dr Esen and Nurse Leanne for calming me and for doing a wonderful job.
After 2 traumatic incidents as a child I never used to go to the dentist and only out of necessity. Since visiting Esen, I'm still nervous but she has been so reassuring, sympathetic and kind that I now visit regularly. All the staff are very friendly and I would recommend Esen to any other nervous patient.
Esen is a very approachable dentist. She listens, explains and puts you at ease. She's patient focused and allows you time to think, to put yourself in control. Thanks Esen and dental assistant Phoebe for creating a better experience than the one I had been dreading!
Dentist Aareez and dental assistant Ellen were very welcoming, chatty and professional, which made me feel comfortable straight away. They answered all my questions and took the time to explain the services I asked about in detail. I would highly recommend all their services.
