I had a surgical extraction for a retained root and was very anxious beforehand due to the complexity, but it didn’t hurt at all. The numbing worked perfectly and Mojgan was calm and reassuring throughout. She and her dental nurse Amy make a fantastic team. Highly recommend!
Totally amazed by the dentistry experience I had. Absolute top quality. From Abdul assisted by Kathryn. I was pleased way beyond expectation. Thoroughly recommended. I had broken two front top teeth, which were built up to look even better than originals. Emergency appt day 1, sorted day 2. Brilliant. And lovely people as well. Thanks millions. David J
Sue, long standing patient of 28 years at Bupa Dental Practice. Syed, is always, utterly professional and always takes the time to explain what work is to be performed, whether, it be a check up or actual dental work . Including the various options and, the cost. He and his dental nurse, Umara, work as a professional team. The practice is always v welcoming, clean and friendly. Including the reception staff, who always take the time to make one feel welcome, especially, for me, Janine.
Both Abdul and Kathryn went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable and as relaxed as possible explaining each step of a complex procedure and I cannot be more pleased with the result. The receptionists were most welcoming and efficient. Thank you all for your kind attention. Robin Thompson
