I arrived very early for my appointment but did get a little frustrated when i ended up being 30 minutes late seeing the Dentist, however they were very busy so i understood. Once seen the Dentist and Dental Nurse were fantastic in discussing the problem i had and how best to overcome it, they both spent time explaining the options and a suitable way forward which i clearly understood. On returning to the Reception they were very helpful and pleasant arranging my next appointment. Overall a fantastic level of service from all staff involved during my appointment.

I hadn’t been to a dentist in 7 years because I was traumatised by my previous experiences. Every visit before left me feeling anxious and uncomfortable. But my new dentist, Parsa, and his assistant Chloe have completely changed that for me. Of course my anxiety still kicks in, but Parsa has been aware of that from day one and has been amazing. Had my first appointment at the Damira Surgery in East Cowes today with Dr Mohammad Imran. From the get go I felt relaxed and had a great chat with Dr Mohammad! The appointment was painless and fast! The receptionist and Dr Mohammad’s assistant were also very friendly and welcoming! I would highly recommend! Thank you 🙂

Parisha and her team was wonderful. Put me at ease, the dental procedure was quick, painless and very professional. I was very pleased with the overall experience. She made my daughters first visit to the dentist very easy for her and was very reassuring.
