I'm so nervous when it comes to dentists, Mr White does everything to make sure you're taken care of. Always willing to fit you in at a moments notice when it's needed. All the staff are great! Very friendly. Surgery is located in a really nice area, clean and tidy.

I phoned them up 2wks ago complaining about toothache I was registered with there practice however the East boldon surgery and explained I didn't live in shields any longer they said not a problem we will get your paperwork srtd and you can come to this surgery the asked over the phone what my symptoms were I said toothache she asked if my gum was swollen up I said no 3 hours later she phoned back and said you have a infection in your gum I thought she was really good after not seeing me in person so she said you will need a course of antibiotics which I have finished so I rang them back an…
