Kingsgate Dental practice

The staff at Kingsgate Dental were amazing. Right from arriving the receptionist Nieve gave my daughter a clipboard and colouring pencils whilst we waiting a short while for our appointment. When we went into the treatment room Emily and Hannah really made my daughter feel excited and welcome. They gave her a spinny dentist stool to sit on, asked her questions, showed her the x-ray, a sticker the lot. My daughter is 6 and went from being a bit nervous straight to buzzing. She can't wait to go back for her appointment

We have used this dental practice for too many years to remember and can not do anything but praise the service they offer. Today my grand daughters (5 and 8 years) had their 6 monthly check up with Joe and Ellie, what a fab team they make. Joe explained in to the girls, in layman’s terms, what he was going to do and what they should be doing to continue their good oral hygiene. He was really professional, patient and reassuring which is what young people need to ensure they are not afraid to attend a dentist. Been a patient of Joanna for over a year now and she's simply the best! Very gentle, kind, patient and puts me at my ease. The practice in Durham is friendly and helpful. Especially Michelle who tries to accommodate us with our appointments. My husband and I both feel looked after. Would highly recommend.

A very welcoming and knowledgeable practice. I have seen Joanna for root canal treatment and she always puts me at ease and is extremely knowledgeable. I used to be very nervous about coming to the dentist but I feel so trusting and grateful of the exceptional knowledge and care I receive there and now I no longer feel nervous about going to the dentist. The receptionists are also very friendly and helpful.
