I had a very painful toothache and was able to access an emergency appointment on the day. The treatment as always was professional and empathetic . On what turned out to be a challenging day for the practice, the computer network having problems, Karen at reception and my dentist Roger worked around the problems and gave their usual excellent service Many thanks
I was recommended this practice by a friend, who even though she had moved away, continued to travel to Durham for her family's dental care. I have always been professionally treated by all staff and Karen on reception is really friendly.
Outstanding dental care from Roger. I have not lived in Durham for a decade but willingly travel back there for checkups and treatment. The surgery believes in and is wholeheartedly committed to NHS dentistry, something that can’t be said for every practice. Grateful.
