I had a very painful toothache and was able to access an emergency appointment on the day. The treatment as always was professional and empathetic . On what turned out to be a challenging day for the practice, the computer network having problems, Karen at reception and my dentist Roger worked around the problems and gave their usual excellent service Many thanks
