I had a root canal procedure over two long appointments. The dentist Rebekah Perry was calm, considerate & professional and regularly asked if I was doing ok. She fully explained the procedure before, during & after each treatment. I was super impressed with the care I received at Bupa Durham and very happy with the much better than expected outcome. Thank you so much - truly 5* NHS treatment here!
Deeply saddened by my experience today, after having excellent service for years. The receptionists, dentist assistant were as ever lovely professional and caring. The dentist however was in my opinion rather rude and dismissive. I suffered what can only be described as as a lack of care and understanding of my medical needs, blatant disregard for my right to follow a treatment plan that worked for me and a complete lack of understanding on disability discrimination.
