Belmont Dental Practice

I transferred to Belmont dental after struggling to get appointments with my NHS dentist. Having been there a couple of years now I can’t recommend them highly enough. All of the ladies are so friendly, helpful, professional and thorough. Julie and Caroline on reception are always fantastic at accommodating me around my working hours. After calling 111 and going on bit of a wild goose chase I thought I'd call my local dentist surgery for help with my 5 year old daughter who needed an emergency appointment. I spoke to Caroline. Caroline was unable to offer my daughter an appointment due to being fully booked but legitimately cared and instead sign posted me to other surgeries who may be able to help given the urgency and that it's relating to a toddler. Well I nearly destroyed my tooth biting hard on an olive peep , the exterior wall was gone and the nerve was exposed . I secured an emergency appointment the very next day ( I am not one of their patients ) .Catherine is one of the most gentle touch dentists I have ever meet. I didn't feel the injections and numbing installed fast ,she worked eficient and expertly while explaining to me what she was doing .She literally saved my tooth. She also checked on me next day to see how am I doing . That' s patient care at its best . Thank you guys ! 🙏

I am sorry for the long review but I feel if you are giving 5 stars it’s important to explain why! I was never scared of the dentist until I had two very bad experiences with a different dental practice. I waited and waited until I was in a position where I had to go to a dentist … I went off recommendations and choose Belmont Dental practise and I am so pleased I did! I met Maxine and Chloe for the first time and explained how terrified I was of the dentist and how terrified I was of them trying to redo a filling in my tooth which had been such a disaster from a previous dental practise.
