My name is Kevin Watt and I have just attended the Framwellgate Moor Dental Practice this morning for my 6 monthly appointment which once again was excellent and I feel I must point out the Service and attention to detail was faultless. Excellent service from Miss Sharma for an emergency appointment. It was clear my extraction wasn’t straightforward but from the moment I entered the dentists room I felt well cared for and had everything throughly explained. I’d had a few bad experiences at another practice in the past but the service I received here was exceptional. Thank you very much.

I don’t often write reviews but I have had to on this occasion. I was suffering from a bad extraction I got abroad and noticed a part of tooth left in. From the moment I arrived in the surgery Amy and Kaine were so welcoming and helpful. When the dentist Joe took me through I explained my mental health and he and the nurse Claire put me to ease straight away. He removed the tooth and even found time to fix a filling that fell out. I have a bad fear of dentists which normally lead to panic attacks how ever I got sent here by 111 the first time due to a massive abscess the dentist (Joe) was absolutely fantastic he put me at ease straight away. He gave me anti biotics and told me to come back the following Wednesday and he would sort me out.
