Had to come and write a review after today’s positive experience! My daughter was apprehensive before her treatment but both Agnes and Helisha explained everything to her and made her feel at ease. My daughter had been especially nervous about having anaesthetic but Agnes was so gentle, my daughter did not even feel the needle go in! As a nervous patient I am glad to have found Floss & Smile. the service and attention is second to none. Having not had any treatment at a dentist for many years, I had to make an appointment for severe toothache. Unfortunately the tooth could not be saved, but all the options were explained to me and I have now just had an implant replacement tooth put in. I would highly recommend Floss & Smile, they combine excellent dental expertise and the whole team are very friendly and welcoming.
