I would strongly advise against using this clinic for a scale and polish. My appointment was extremely rough. My gums were bleeding afterwards and I was in pain for an entire week, which has never happened to me with previous hygiene treatments. A couple of hours after I got home, even though the heavy bleeding had stopped, you could still see blood between almost every tooth in the photos I took. During the appointment, the bonding on my retainer was damaged. The clinician who originally fitted it has told me the repair will cost around £600, which I now have to pay out of pocket. What ma…
I spoke with Karen today and she was absolutely fantastic! As a self-confessed dentist phobe, I was quite anxious about calling, but Karen immediately put me at ease with her kindness, professionalism, and lovely sense of humour. She made the registration process simple and answered all my questions with ease and patience. Every business needs people like Karen, she’s a true credit to the team and really makes all the difference!
I had an emergency appointment yesterday with Simon and his lovely nurse. I am terrified of the dentist and had a broken wisdom tooth which had become badly infected. My tooth was removed with no pain and they really put me at ease. I am so grateful to them and the reception lady. Thank you so much
