Family is registered here, dentists are always friendly. And make sure they explain what work if any is needed. The kids are teens so it's great that the information is given to them 1st person.
Receptionist brilliant attention to phone appointment.Dentist was very caring and listened to my fear.
I’ve been waiting for months to have a appointment that has been rescheduled and now I call in because I am 10 mins late so won’t make it on time and they are telling me that I must now pay £45. On top of that the receptionist was so rude and wouldn’t even listen to me and then hung up on me when trying to explain. This sort of service is very poor. I’ve had appointments rescheduled but it would come to my mind to charge them for the time of work I took. This is very upsetting and completely wrong. Ia m extremely disappointed as I need dental care.
Had a brilliant experience having a filling done yesterday. Dr Rotaru explained all procedures and I felt totally at ease. Friendly and very professional service. I am very fearful of dentists and once as a child bit my dentist so that he needed stitches! Think my fears have been cured…
