Okay… my sister’s literally a dentist and I’d still pick Dr. Pamela Russell over her, even if my sister was free. That’s how good she is. Dr. Pamela put me on a plan, and the way she’s just so bright, positive, and understanding?? Unreal. The office itself is gorgeous, huge windows looking out at the water like it already calmed me down before we even started. I’ve had X-rays before where other dentists made me feel super uncomfortable and even hurt under my tongue, but with Dr. Pamela it was completely painless. I don't recommend this practice . I lost my molar teeth due to their ignorant and lack of knowledge they also so rude and refused my treatment . KEEP YOUR TEETH SAFE .. their previous treatment made in such a way i had gone through emergency and extracted my teeth ...
First time going and the staff knew I was nervous but made me feel relaxed very friendly and talked me through the work that needed to be done and at my pace. Thank you Ben
I don't usually review a dentist after a visit but on this occasion I felt that I had to share my experience. As someone who is terrified of the dentist and gets extremely anxious about even the thought of a visit, this was not a day I was looking forward to. Unfortunately today I had to get an extraction, which was painless and was made to feel at perfect ease by kris and his staff. I cannot recommend this dental practise enough.
