a lot of these reviews are older and i don’t want to put any people off using this service - i’ve had a great experience with DDARS, I don’t know if it’s changed a lot since the other reviews were left but I’ve been paired with a very lovely key worker, and before that was seeing a wonderful prescriber that helped me get settled on my medication. I never feel pushed or rushed into anything, everything is explained clearly and i have come much further than i ever expected to, and i simply wouldn’t have got here without this service. No NHS service is perfect, but i feel lucky to have this on…

Life savers.. the treatment buvidal has saved my life, once a month and it keeps you away from the chemists everyday & let’s you move on with you life, getting back to work also no cravings etc so you don’t even think about it anymore, I was on it for 2 years, I managed to come off it with a plan made by my worker wasn’t easy near the end but 100% doable.. if anyone’s struggling with addiction get yourself down there ASAP can change your life with some effort & patience ❤️

Bad treatment for recovery, just give u a 3yr run around. You are looked down at cos they can't help you. They have a good speech but that is it. Had to do it all alone, no help at all. Go somewhere else, dont go here. Really needs looked at

Shockingly bad treatment, i feel like a 3rd class citizen who's not worth helping. I feel like I'm looked down upon. I'm constantly lied to. I'm constantly being allocated different key workers, most of whom I never meet. I get zero help with any other substance misuse problems I have, problems with substances that have killed many young people in Dundee and people I've known personally. I'm not listened to, no issue I bring up, no matter how serious is ever actually addressed. They'll say they're going to do this and that but nothing ever gets done it's always the next appointment or the p…
