Christina was so lovely explaining everything clearly and very friendly. Reception and Practice Manager also very good Only issue is the frequent late cancellation of appts both dentist and hygienist , that is not the colleagues fault

I dont know what's going on with this dentist but they cancel your appointments every time. I've took my 5 children to go privately elsewhere, now ill also be finding myself a new dentist. Paying a monthly membership to never actually be able to have the treatment you need is really a joke. On top of that one of my kids recieved a filling over a cavity, thankfully their new dentist found it otherwise my 8 year old would have needed root canal. They have the cheek to moan at you for needing a clean yet they dont seem to have a hygenist and haven't done for months apparently. Receptionists ar…

I have been a patient at Blue Door since it opened and have always felt supported, always managed to get in for an emergency appointment when needed. I have dental phobia and get exceptionally nervous in the chair and have had extensive dental work done and have always been put at ease. Graham was my initial dentist for 10+ years and was fantastic and now Cristina has taken over and is wonderful :) I look forward to continuing being a patient for many years to come.

Great service, Appointments, both with the dentist and hygienist, started on time. All practitioners introduced themselves and took the time to describe what they were doing and why, to give advice on dental care at home and to discuss future needs
