Fantastic practice, staff are all friendly and helpful; the reception team are always professional and go above and beyond, as the first people you encounter when visiting they give a fantastic first impression and are a credit to the practice. The dentists and dental nurses always put me at ease and make sure to explain things each step of the way; I would recommend this practice to anyone

I was taken on a couple of years ago as an emergency with a broken tooth. I'd not been to a dentist for about 25 years as I am terrified of them. Everyone here makes me feel at ease and they're all so friendly. I'm currently seeing Omar who really helps calm me down, plus his lovely assistant Mia. I would never normally leave a negative review (if you’ve got nothing nice to say don’t say it is my attitude) but I feel like I must warn others of this dentist. I decided to book in for a hygienist appointment at this dentist rather than my usual one as it’s closer to home. When I called to book an appointment, I asked the cost and was told the cost was £77 for the hygienist appointment (my usual dentist is £75 so thought the convenience of being closer to home was worth the £2 extra). Made the receptionist aware i was in hospital the previous night with my partner until around 3am and that i needed to rebook my first appointment due to being unable to travel, was advised i would no longer be able to register with the practice and would need to rebook elsewhere. Honestly i think this is the first dental service I've attended that treat their practice like a lottery and punish their patients for caring oblegations and needs.
