Snape Hill Dental Studio and Implant Centre

Been at this dentist for about 7 years. My wife and kids much longer. Previously brilliant, sadly they are now just after every last penny they can extract from you. Fine dining pricing, McDonald’s service levels. My wife and kids have been good customers, including £3k spent on teeth alignment. Charged £150 yesterday for ten minute appointment to stick a crown back on. Feel sorry for Dee, receptionist, she is excellent. Used to feel like a customer, now feel like a number. Real shame.

Yet again another brilliant appointment with kathy and Hazel. They are so lovely and caring and reflects the minute you walk through the door. My daughter loves coming to the dentist and always has a great experience, welcomed with a big smile 😀. Ladies your amazing 👏

The most friendly dental studio. Reception staff are always welcoming and staff remember your name and family members which adds to this - particularly Dee. Kathy has been my dentist since being a child and is fantastic. I briefly went to another dentist but came back here due to the level of service being much better! Hazel and Kathy make a great team and always make the experience as pleasant as possible. The plans they offer are good value and make the experience easier too.

Reception, Dentist and Hygienist for me today! So - had contact with Dee on reception who is always incredibly friendly and very helpful. Jill - the dentist and Hazel assisting - both, delightful - make it a calm and pleasant experience and are very thorough, offering a great deal of information relating to the treatment you are receiving, (including a full health check of the mouth before moving onto the teeth) - plus any future treatment you may require.
