Worcester Road Dental Practice

It is 2023 and a routine check up identified that two fillings needed replacing. Dr Sultan replaced both without any injections or pain. Really impressed yet again. He was right in his diagnosis as my teeth do not ache when I have hot drinks. Really skilled dentist and a real credit to the profession. My earlier review was 2017 Root canal filling - pain free. Been using this practice for over 15 years and they offer a very professional service at a very high standard. The dentist is very knowledgeable. Really impressed

Phoned up a number of months ago and was told I'd get through the waiting list within a few months, so I set a reminder to call back (as advised at the time) if I didn't hear back within a few months. Due to this I de-registered from my old dental practice (as I moved 15 miles away from my previous location). Phoned Worcester Road today and got told they've not taken anyone new on for over 12 months. I've since phoned my old dentist to beg them to take me back on, but they can't and I'm now left without a dentist. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Absolutely fabulous service. Dr Sultan had spoken to me on a few occasions and gave me some advice regarding my sore gum/tooth. 100% worked!! Also, was able to see Dr Hungent about this matter within 24 hours of me ringing. Despite the covid 19, I felt extremely safe and confident and always feel I'm in good hands. The receptionists are always friendly and accommodating. Thank you for all being wonderful

I've been a patient of this practice for over 7 years but the past year or so it has gone down hill. I wanted a check up appointment and specifically asked for a clean and to check a tooth that was aching.. However on my visit, the male dentist was more concerned with the opposite area inside my mouth, where 1 year previous I'd had a wisdom tooth removed due to an abscess. He said that I needed Root canal, as the abcess infection had spread, although I was displaying no Symptoms what so ever.
