My daughter had braces fitted yesterday.We had a lovely experience at Portman Clinic.The staff are all friendly,things are always explained really well and everything about it went well and smooth,no stress. I would highly recommend.
What an amazing clinic. Very clean and professional with approachable staff. They have looked after both of my boys throughout their whole process. A special mention to Sophie who is fantastic and made both of my boys feel at ease. She is super friendly and explained everything in detail.
I have had the most awful experience coming here especially for amount i’m paying as a private patient. I had my first appointment booked two and a half months after first expressing my interest, which consisted of the most brief talk with the orthodontist who seemed inexperienced and unaware of the products she would be using. Then whilst choosing our options we were misinformed regarding the different brace options available and then forced into a finance scheme we had no interest in. After struggling to deal with the complicated finance, we opted to pay up front. However, when trying to …
