My niece always feels comfortable and well cared – the clinical team does a wonderful job putting her at ease. Receptionist Anita is absolutely brilliant—friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. Unfortunately, the manager (I believe, beginning with a K) came across as quite rude and not very understanding, which was disappointing.
