As someone who is extremely anxious about dental treatments, I approached my scale and polish with considerable fear. However, the dentist was calm, professional, and attentive, explaining each step. The procedure itself was far more comfortable than I expected—no pain, just brief moments of mild discomfort. I left feeling relieved, with noticeably cleaner teeth. For anyone who is nervous, this was a surprisingly manageable and reassuring experience.

Very clean and comfortable. Friendly and welcoming staff. Seen on time by my regular dentist . The surgery has a TV screen with a variety of themed backgrounds. My dentist is very good with nervous patients.

I was scared to go to the dentist but had to as severe tooth ache. I went to willows dental practice for the first time as I was kicked out of mine for not attending and it was the best thing that could have happened. The staff and willows dental practice are brilliant and very helpful and my dentist martin I think his name is was very good and calmed me down on my first time attending. 100% recommended thankyou.
