Today, I have had my first extraction. The staff were absolutely fabulous. I was really quite scared but I was made to feel at ease. The dental surgeon was very gentle with me. The assistant nurse was really lovely. Tried to make me feel calm as I was so scared. She had a lovely bedside manner. 10 out 10 for you're service today. Also,a big thank you too.

I had one appointment made through 111 to this dental practice, all i can say is that i was very disappointed, first, was a student that checked and was appointed to do the treatment, well, every min she went to ask her supervisor, she was not sure on what she needs to do, well… some time is normal, however, the supervisor came and what was very surprising… she had no clue what treatment she needs to do, she looked at xray and said that she does not know what it is, she doesn’t feel confident giving and treatment. At that point i was in extreme pain with my tooth. What was even more frustra…

The second best doctors surgery ever. I've had the best treatment from this surgery from receptionist to nurses and the doctors also my 23 year old disabled son feels comfortable going there even though we travel from Thorne to Doncaster town, it's like a house if it doesn't feel like home no matter how rich it's is just bricks and water nothing more. So we feel at home get treated as patients with kindness x
