a minute ago New Absolutely ridiculous. Rang for an appointment. Advised by the receptionist that I’m no longer on their list because “you have to book with a dentist within two years to stay on their system”. I was unaware of this. She repeated, “unfortunately, not a lot of people know this”…. Well, if “not a lot of people know that”, wouldn’t that be something that should be rectified and remedied for future patients? I have only had the best experience with my treatment. All the staff from reception to dental nurses always have ready smiles and are very pleasant. Lulian is great and puts me at ease immediately. I would never go anywhere else.
