a minute ago New Absolutely ridiculous. Rang for an appointment. Advised by the receptionist that I’m no longer on their list because “you have to book with a dentist within two years to stay on their system”. I was unaware of this. She repeated, “unfortunately, not a lot of people know this”…. Well, if “not a lot of people know that”, wouldn’t that be something that should be rectified and remedied for future patients?
