Absolutely amazing experience! We had a wonderful visit to this dental clinic. They gave us an appointment very quickly, which we truly appreciated. The dentist was incredibly kind, patient, and gentle with my daughter. Her tooth was extracted so smoothly and comfortably that she didn’t had pain at all. The whole team was professional, caring, and welcoming. We felt completely at ease from start to finish. Highly recommended to anyone looking for an outstanding dental clinic! 🌟

My partner hadn’t been to the dentist in quite some time, so after following Hatfield Dental Centre on social media for a while, I decided to call and book him an appointment. I explained that he experiences anxiety around dental visits, and they were very understanding when scheduling his initial check-up. After his first appointment, we were told that before a deep clean could be done, he would need two fillings. Two follow-up appointments were arranged for the fillings, followed by one for the clean. Today i saw Jeannette for a clean plus airflow. I have ptsd and was very anxious but Jeannette took her time with me and explained the process as she went along. She was calm and very reassuring which helped me so very much. I have been putting off having some fillings done but as today went so good i have booked to have them done. I would definetly recommed anyone who needs reassurance and calmness to visit Jeannette. I feel positive about my next visit.

Very poor service, they cancel and move your appointments without speaking to you about it. Even for people with neurodiversity's who struggle with change and it takes weeks to prepared them for a visit. Reception staff member was very abrupt and rude in tone and manner with very poor body language. Lack of compassion, empathy or communication. Has definitely changed for the worse over the past 8/9 years.
