Bupa Dental Care Doncaster

I would not recommend this practice based on my experience today. The person answering the phones at around 10am was extremely rude and unhelpful. My husband was registered over the phone without any issues a few weeks ago, yet when I called to make an appointment for my two children under 18, I was told I had to travel in person to fill out a form and wait to be registered. This was despite explaining that my 7-year-old has a cracked tooth and is in pain. I have been a Customer at this Dental Practice for a number of years...the staff are very professional polite & friendly. The Business Premises is Extremely Clean & Hygienic. My Dentist (Ms. Setareh Basirat) is Excellent at her Job & always very nice & kind to me. I would recommend this Dental Practice to anyone living in Doncaster & the surrounding area.
