Such a professional, caring practice. Geetha was amazing when I came for a filling - so considerate to make sure I knew what was happening and that I was comfortable and confident at all times. Along with an absolutely lovely dental assistant, they made me feel at ease and nothing was too much trouble. I am a new patient to the practice and feel so lucky to have found it.
Dr. Lappin did a wonderful job removing my infected tooth. While I have always been a very nervous patient, I felt very little discomfort and the tooth was out in a very short time. I have no hesitation in visiting Donaghadee Dental Centre again and recommend the practice highly.
Had to get an emergency extraction done, staff were very helpful and accommodating to fit me in as I’m not a patient at this clinic. Geetha and Shannon were brilliant, and highly professional throughout. Geetha explained to me what was going on and walked me through the procedure, she was understanding of the pain I was experiencing and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure.
Had an emergency appointment with Ruth and Ricky today. Absolute excellent service. Can't thank them enough as had lost filing on my front tooth. Ruth was very understanding of me being a nervous patient and put me at ease. They both did a great job in repairing my front tooth. Thank you again to them both and will me back in March to start regular check ups.
