Ladygrove Dental Practice

Amazing to find a dental practise where all staff are kind, very helpful & understanding! Always have a warm welcome on phone & during visits. The staff make us feel very relaxed and the treatment is excellent. I would highly recommend to anyone especially if they have a “fear” of going to the dentist

I am new to Ladygrove Dental Practice, so have only had a handful of visits so far. Whenever I walk into the Dental Practice, both receptionists will greet me and one will get me all checked in. The dentists themselves are very friendly, yet professional and always seem to show a genuine interest which makes you feel welcome and settled. I would recommend this dental practice.

My wife experienced serious toothache over a weekend recently and needed emergency out of hours treatment at hospital. She was told to then visit her own dentist as soon as possible. Although her appointment with John at Ladygrove was not until a week later, he saw her first thing on the Monday morning to give her urgent pain relief and medication, and she returned a week later to have the offending tooth removed. He and the rest of the staff at Ladygrove were extremely helpful, friendly and efficient and she is delighted with the service.

Let me start by saying that I am a nervous patient - Ladygrove Dental Practice was recommended to me nearly 20 years ago and I have been going regularly since. Dr Arnold is kind, patient and a great dentist. I have been seeing Lucky (hygienist) for a while too. She is firm, fair and has your gum health as her priority. I would totally recommend the practice.
