Having transferred from another local surgery a few years ago, I could not be happier. The staff here are without exception wonderful. The best receptionists who actually want to help and doctors that are proactive. I could go on and on. Thank you all.

The surgery computers need to be updated as the receptionists take forever to get anything done which means you’re in a queue for over 20mins, the doctors & nurses sadly can’t wait to get rid of you so you are moved on like you’re on a production line like they don’t care none about you, also if you move out of there catchment area just by a few yards they cancel your account & tell you to find another surgery even tho you will be back in there catchment area in a few weeks which means a hole heap of stress for you & your family sorting out new doctors & pharmacy to get your life saving med…

Have tried to get an appointment at this surgery for 2 weeks. Rang at 8am every day. Sent to Hatton pharmacy last week but this did not work. Continued to try again & still no appointments. How do you get to see a GP any more? How can you get past an unqualified receptionist?!

This is a wonderful example of how a GP surgery should be. Friendly, efficient and very helpful reception staff, and doctors, nurses and pharmacist prepared to listen and go out of their way to help. Five stars.
