Each and every member are a credit to the profession, kind, caring, you always get through for advice and always do their best to get you the quickest appointment possible. I had a wisdom tooth removal with Anwer and a filling with Sindhu and had a really positive experience. I’m a very anxious patient, but both were incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring throughout. Everything was clearly explained and I felt genuinely cared for. Highly recommend, especially if you’re nervous about dental treatment.
Excellent welcome from receptionist, who was very helpful & kind. Rhiannon & Kirsty are a real team. Communication, between the two women, is a real comfort for any patient. Rhiannon keeps you informed of every move she makes. The amount of information I received was quite incredible and very welcome. When ever I leave this surgery, I just hope no member of staff ever leaves the practice.
Naomi Fry is a fantastic Othodontist! In just 18 months she has made such a brilliant change in my daughters teeth (and confidence) yesterday was 'braces off day' and they are perfect. A very professional lady and always on time, very approachable and friendly (going to miss our 6 weekly appointments)!!! All the staff at Melbourne Dental Practice are fabulous, I've been with them since I was 3 years old.
