Efficient and friendly service. I had my appointment today after a bit of a wait for a new NHS dentist at Derby House. She was friendly and efficient. Thank you.
Been for my annual check up reception was pleasant dentist was thorough in checking my teeth gave good advice going forward. Bed side manners was excellent.
Had a great first visit this morning greeted with smile by a lovely lady on reception very helpful the Dentist was extremely gentle and informative very pleasant man the place itself was very clean warm situated being in the city centre easy to get to by public transport all in all a Dental practice
All good, on time and everything happened as expected. Dentist and assistant made me very comfortable. The information provided by the dentist was clear and very informative. The receptionist does a great job in welcoming you, registering your attendance and poviding a suitable next appontment. IT systems, reminders etc all worked perfectly.
