What can I say! Everyone polite and efficient, especially front desk, ladies taking blood and young man in wound clinic.. Reception area clean, toilets clean and seen on time by everyone. Well done

Blood test - poor management Went for blood test and the samples are not labelled correctly. The results came as missing samples. Went for second time and they missed performing another test from the list specified for me. Wasting patient's time, staff time and NHS money.

Just been day today. Receptionists are no help at all. We got midwife appointment for our new born at 1330 but 1415 still no updates. They have no respect with time of others. Me and my wife are both nurses and it disgusts us that this centre doesn't have compassion or atleast professionalism.

Very rude staff in the blood testing clinic, never have I experienced anything like it 😕 I was asked by my GP to go for an urgent blood test,My Son took me so he witnessed the whole situation also a patient that Saw the whole situation also a couple of patients in the waiting room I sat in the blood test area until the blood taking person came over and abruptly said you can't have the test it doesn't 7say urgent on it ,the Dr forgot to put it on the form So my Son.
