I couldn’t be happier with the care and service I received. Kenny is incredibly kind and professional, and so was his assistant (I didn’t catch her name) they both made me feel so comfortable and at ease throughout my treatment. I initially came in with an abscess and then returned a week later for a root canal, and both visits were handled with such care and reassurance. The whole process was explained clearly, I felt genuinely looked after, and everything was done with real professionalism. I have been coming to this dentist for over 23 years now. I can honestly say they are the best dentists, dental nurses, receptionist & staff in the whole of derby they all are very kind & helpful always offer their services with a 😊 smile. I would never go anywhere else all the treatments that I have had over the years have been 10/10 My regular dentist is Dr saduera & i have treatment with the hygienist Nicole they both are fantastic ladies do an awesome job. Service is always amazing. Staff are always polite, friendly and professional. I’m always made to feel comfortable and my dentist explains everything she is doing which makes me feel at ease.
I've been coming here since I was a kid always been great. Until my dentist left ! Now I have fillings done by a dental hygienist but she struggled to numb me and kept hurting the area that was sore! The dental nurse offered her to bring in a dentist for extra support or help and she declined the offer! Think it's time to move dentist.
