MyDentist – Queensferry

Arguably one of the worst dental places I’ve had the experience of dealing with. Initially went in due to a cracked and infected tooth, the dentist I initially had compacted the tooth because she thought the nerve had died, realised it hadn’t and panicked and jabbed me with an emergency local anaesthetic. After compacting it this put enormous pressure on my tooth, causing considerable pain (I paid £90 for this). She booked me in for a root canal 4 days later with my actual dentist to my surprise not booking enough time in. Therefore I was going to be turned away until I forced them to do so…

Every single appointment no matter what time of the day thy are always running late. 9 o'clock in the morning your lucky if yo have been seen by 9.30. You have already had the decency to arrive 10 minutes early but still sitting waiting.

Excellent service from Emma and the team.They are always professional and keen to help patients. As im petrified of dentists, Meenal is very gentle and patient with me overall cannot wish for better care .

I was disappointed with my recent visit. The dentist Vijaya Laxmi came across as rude and dismissive, and I did not feel respected as a patient.
