I brought my elderly mum in for what was supposed to be an emergency appointment with Dr Xiao, costing £135, and the experience was honestly shocking. My mum was in severe tooth pain, with significant facial swelling to the point she could barely speak (which is why I attended with her), yet the situation did not feel like it was taken seriously. All the staff here are incredibly lovely and understanding of my fear of going to the dentist. Prior to registering with this dentist i hadnt been in years and i have a lot of work to be done but feel comfortable and safe knowing Marzyna and her team will be looking after me! On my previous visit i was a little overwhelmed by 2 tooth extractions but the after care was excelllent and so caring!! Thank you so much

I'm absolutely petrified of the dentist and never had a good experience till now. They totally understood my anxiety and how nervous I was very gentle with explaining the treatment plan and carrying out the work. The reception staff was equally as lovely. Thank you so much mydentist.

I think I just had the most amazing experience at this dentist in my entire life! I know this sound rather dramatic, but since I was a child my experience of the dentist has been terrifying! This is the second time I’ve seen Marilena, once to chat about treatment and today 30/9/25 to have the treatment! Although I was nervous, Marilena and her nurse did everything in their power to make me feel welcome, comfortable and made me feel a lot calmer than I normally would.
