The Two stars is not about the service… The Two stars is not about the service or the treatment, its 100% for the poor receptionist behaviour and the disgusting mess outside the Dental practice witnessed at 08:45 in the morning. From the reception door to the edge of the edge of the pathway the trail of discarded cigarettes was unbelievable, the ash was down the steps and cigarette butts where more than I have ever seen anywhere other than central london on a saturday morning outside a bar.... it was disgusting. Customer service is shocking, on the phone trying to cancel my appointment two days before in case they charge me and I was told that I was ‘caller number 1’ for 25 minutes. I called at 4:30, they shut at 5:30 and I had 5 people ahead of me which I got through quite quickly but is no one working past 5 o clock? It’s so unprofessional, I’m hesitant to believe that someone was taking calls but then when it got to me decided to give up for the day. For future make sure to call two hours early just in case.

after signing up today and got an appointment same day for a new NHS patient, can honestly say very happy, they are very polite and caring and are going to put my teeth right after my current dentist didn't do such a great job.

Normally a great dentist with love of care, however, due to my husband having cancer, being stuck in hospital and all the lockdowns that happened, they struck him off as a NHS patient after he explained on the phone why he couldn't attend his appointments.
