I have been attending Midlothian Dental Practice coming up for a year now, Jo and Rachel on reception have always been very kind, polite, helpful and professional at all times. They are an asset to the team. My dentist “Sid” has always made me feel comfortable and relaxed explaining each procedure at every appointment. Although I had a few issues with my dentures (no fault on his part) he dealt with and resolved the issues ensuring I got the best result in the end. All in all I am very happy with the service I have received.
I visited Sidd on Friday for a surgical tooth extraction. I’m very nervous about the dentist and I can’t thank him enough. He was so calming and made me feel at ease. So at ease he had removed the tooth (I wasn’t aware it was out) and told me was done I couldn’t believe it. Thanks a million!
So after a bad experience with another practice I hadn't been to a dentist since 2019 as the last visit brought back my fear. However today's experience with this new practise completely changed my attitude and I look forward to once again having a beautiful smile
Had my wisdom tooth extracted today, to say I was nervous was an understatement, from walking in I was reassured from the reception team . I was with Sidd today and that star of a man was amazingly patient with me in my anxious state and his lovely nurse let me squeeze the circulation from a couple of her fingers with no complaint bless her. A fantastic team 👏 see you all soon for my follow up 😊
