Use to be a great dentist few years ago now totally useless. Can't seem to keep or get staff. Over the past 14 months keep cancelling mine and my childrens appointments the week before as "no staff" , making ridiculous excuses and just been told by reception its tuff luck ... also been told in the past I should remove my kids from school to make a appointment.... totally ridiculous reception staff who have lied to me countless times on the phone now. After the 3rd time they cancelled my appointment and wanted to move another 3 months away enough is enough. So bad that I have just moved my …

Can't praise this dental surgery highly enough. Reception staff are always friendly and helpful, doing their very best to accommodate appointment requests. You can also go on a list of people who can accept a short notice cancellation, which I did today for a replacement filling and got a call a couple of hours later to come in. Can't promise you'll get such a quick result every time..! My whole family are with Caroline. Excellent dentist, lovely personality and a warm genuine individual. You're all doing a marvelous job, which is always appreciated.

Thank you excellent speedy dental treatment, an old filling broke up over the festive period popped in this morning on first day of reopening to book an appointment then had a phone to call me in due to a cancelled appointment in the afternoon and all refilled on the same day excellent.
