Bonnygate Dental Practice

Very unhappy with our experience with one of the receptionists working here. She has been rude to us on a few different occasions, with absolutely no reason. After trying to get an emergency appointment one day, we phoned up and was given a time in the middle of the day. Being self employed, this was not something we were able to do, and her response was bluntly "well that's not my problem" and hung up on us. Another time, we arrived 5 minutes late for our appointment and was told straight away (without even checking) that we wouldn't be able to be seen as we were late. Last time we had to …

I first got recommended to this surgery by a friend when my wisdom tooth was impacted and my previous dentist wasn’t much use on the matter. Claire was amazing!! She tried her hardest and succeeded to fast track my surgical extraction even through the height of covid. The staff are all amazing from the dentists themselves to the dental nurses and receptionist. Can never fault the environment or the services received.

Excellent service, professional and friendly staff, was made to feel at ease during treatment.

Superb service once again cannot fault this practice at all.
