Had a phone appointment and was told I needed bloods taken. As I am a nurse I said I could get a colleague to take my bloods instead of waiting two weeks for an appointment and also so I’m not taking up an appointment someone else could have. Glen Medical Practice —While I was polite and respectful, Dr. Lauder was rude to me on the phone regardless.
