The Bays Dental Practice

Absolutely Amazing if I could give 1000 stars I would, Ali is one of the nicest people I've ever met he has changed my life, I will forever be grateful I had a fear of the dentist before I met Ali and his team but from the start he made me feel at ease and made sure I fully understood everything every step of the way he was so understanding took his time nothing is ever too much trouble he really does go out of his way, I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone that needs a dentist Thank you so much ALI you have given me my life back I can finally SMILE AGAIN

I've been with this dentist for over a decade and today they call me to cancel a check up appointment that I made with them in good faith - they want to give me an alternative appointment next July 2026!!! A year away! However if I go private and pay them £85 - guess what? They can sort me out straight away! Shocking tactics from what I thought was a professional organisation.

Having had quite a few visits to the Bays I have to say that Ali and his dental nurse Abbie are such a great team and probably the best I have ever experienced! From start to finish I struck up a humorous relationship with both Ali and Abbie which made the whole experience one to look forward to plus the bonus being like myself Ali is a Gunners ( Arsenal ) fan so it was a win, win situation! Thank you so much Ali and Abbie for your professionalism, friendliness and welcoming nature! I will see you both for a check up in 6 months! Up the Gunners!!

I am a very nervous patient when it comes to the dentist! But when I had my first appointment at the Bays in cullompton I was put at ease straight away! My first check up was with Ali who is a very kind and gentle professional with his amazing nurse Abbie who straight away makes you feel at home ( if even possible at a dentist, but here it was) plus she also said she like my dress and I’m a sucker for compliments!
