We expect our local dental practice to slowly expand as demand increases, which is natural over time in larger rural towns like Crumlin. Crumlin Dental Practice has done the opposite. They never accept new NHS patients, with restricted sign ups for over 4 years now. And the patients that are already on their lists... well, just read the other reviews here to see how much service has declined. With no expansion and no competition, people are being driven to emergency dental services elsewhere, and private care if they're lucky enough to be able to afford it. Dentist is a absolute scam.. constantly saying they’ve no appointments and only taking emergencies, then when it comes to an emergency, they unregister you, because you haven’t been, but yet they won’t take you.the dentists apart from micheal and Jill are ignorant, they get on like their constantly in a bad mood. The receptionist is cheeky, unsympathetic and rude. As no respect for no one. My daughter now left in pain, and can’t get with a dentist anywhere. Michael is a great dentist and I have been with him years. However, he was off one day and I was referred to the man downstairs...who was rough, rude and impatient. I actually left with a cut lip where he pulled my mouth in any direction he wanted to, rather than asking me to do it myself. I felt that this was done in temper. My mouth was bleeding and I informed the reception staff, who were shocked at the state of my lip. The gentleman is very lucky I did not take any action against him, but I will inform him of my feelings the next time I see him and will report him without hesitation if…
The man in room 1... rushed my whole appointment and refused the treatment I booked in for. Didn't have very good patient care rough and stubborn. I waited 7 weeks for this appointment. Told I needed a filling and the next available appointment was another 6 weeks away. Will NEVER be back
