My Invisalign treatment is now complete and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the service has been excellent — professional, friendly, and reassuring throughout. My wife is in a Care Home and this was her first visit to this dental surgery. I had mentioned to the reception team that my wife would be in a wheelchair. Shelby had picked up on this when I visited on my own account recently and before I knew it had in place a ramp so that I was able to navigate my wife in her wheelchair. Full marks for that. Sharon the dental surgeon managed to arrange an alternative room so that we could manoeuvre the wheel chair. So far, so good. My visit with Vartika Khullar today was life changing. She listened to my concerns, was so empathetic and kind to me and gave me an outstanding result. To the point wheee I was quite emotional that a simple act of kindness and professionalism would have such an impact. After having a bad experience elsewhere several years ago with wisdom tooth removal, Vartika has single handily restored my faith and trust in visits to the dentist. My daughter is 18 years old and she wanted her teeth to be fixed via orthodontic treatments. We have approached Dr Erum Khan from Crowthone Dental Centre. Dr Khan has walked us through the various treatments she could go for and explained in detail the pros and cons of each treatment . Finally my daughter chose to go for Invisilign treatment . The whole process was very smooth and very professional.
