This was our third visit to the practice with my little boy. Always great service and pleasant engaging staff. Can’t remember the name of the gentleman who we saw but he remembered my little boy and was very good with giving out high fives and a sticker. Looking to get myself on the books too

I took my two little boys here today for their first appointment at this dentist. Everyone from the reception staff, to the desntist Amit and Lola were all very welcoming and helpful. Amit especially made the kids feel very much at ease. He took the time to answer any questions and we left feeling like we had definitely made the right choice coming here. I would highly recommend this dentist.

We've been with Northern Smiles for seven years now and find the service continuously excellent. The whole team, including our dentist Dr. Southam, are very friendly and exceedingly patient with my rather extreme anxiety. All the dental work we've had has been carried out very promptly and to a high standard. We're really grateful to have such a lovely dental practice.

Where do i start with this company, my girlfriend had to ring in to cancel an appointment as i was at work and had something come up, she was cery rude to her and per policy you will have to pay for the pleasure, took more than 30 rings for them to pick up when i rang, i cancelled my appointments going forward with this company, if i am paying good money i expect to be treated better, the dentist is fine however one filling he has done is loose and it will have to be redone at my own expense now. Tldr There are cheaper options from places that will treat you better than the service i have …
