Really impressed with the professional, friendly service. Clinician Shivam was thorough and checked in with me on several occasions during the procedure to make sure I was comfortable. Nurse Holly demonstrated consistent reassurance and seemed to be one step ahead the whole time, anticipating what she would need to do next to ensure all went smoothly. Would highly recommend, made what can be a bit of a daunting experience into a pleasant one! Thank you 😁

Second visit since the practice changing hands, we were well looked after by Shivam and Holly during our recent check ups. I returned today for some further treatment and they were both honestly amazing! Made me feel very relaxed and reassured, I was incredibly well looked after. Reception staff are also friendly and helpful, feel fortunate to have access to the practice.

Iv had a great experience at dds cromer with Sanju and Chandni, very patient and very good with anxious patients like myself! I was made to feel comfortable and asked if i wanted to listen to my favourite music! Can't recommend them enough would give more than 5 stars if I could.
