The Old Surgery Dental Practice

I was nervous about having a tooth extracted today. Tom quickly put me at ease and I appreciated his kindness and sense of humour. He took time to explain the procedure and answered all my questions. I was very impressed with his manner and professionalism. I also liked his dental nurse, Emily, who assisted in a very appropriate way. I would have no doubt in recomending Tom to others. I am very pleased with my treatment. The booking and payment process was quick and efficient.

My first visit. From the minute I was greeted by the receptionist to thanking and say goodbye to my new (and forever) dentist and her nurse I felt valued, welcomed, listened to, engaged with and totally understood. Very very impressed and grateful, totally professional experience. Plus, the whole surgery from top to bottom is spotless and extremely patient focused. Thank you to all the staff I met, think I'm going to be much less scared and pathetic about future dentist visits! ❤️

Diane and Emily ensured that today’s procedure was serene, professional and successful. They cared for my wellbeing excellently before starting the dental work. I thank them both for their happy and unflustered approach. The job was done in perfect simplicity. I highly recommend both of them and the practice. Thank you from the bottom of my gums 🙏☺️🙃

I was really quite nervous about the procedure I was about to have but Diana,the lady who carried it out,was absolutely amazing. I can honestly say that I didn't feel a thing. All the staff were really friendly. I highly recommend this practice.
