I recently received excellent treatment from dentist Joanna and her nurse, which restored my confidence in visiting the dentist. I was so impressed that I had scheduled a whitening program and was considering corrective straightening. Unfortunately, I have since cancelled these appointments due to a very negative experience with the reception staff. Says NHS dentist on the front of the building. But they only have space for private paying customers. Roughly £120 just to be registered. Somehow wearing this NHS badge it doesn't look right. Maybe someone can explain this two me? How can you wear that symbol and refuse to offer assistance?

I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but professionalism is crucial in customer service roles. Unfortunately, this experience overshadowed any quality in the dental care provided. I won’t be returning, and I suggest looking elsewh…
