Want to say how pleased I was with the professionalism of both Dentist Dr Faizal and Nurse Arzu. They were warm and calming and made me feel at ease. The treatment was quick and painless. Having not been to the dentist for many years, myself and wife was very anxious, walking into the large, clean bright reception we was greeted with a very warm welcoming smile from the receptionist. after waiting for a short while we was called through together by a very cheerful dental assistant that instantly put us at ease, and with a very casual chat we was laughing and felt at ease within minutes. I had a very bad experience during my tooth extraction visit. The nurse was extremely rude throughout the appointment. She repeatedly questioned me about why I had never come for regular dental check-ups and even asked when I came to this country. She also commented that it was “rare” to have a wisdom tooth for so long. These remarks were not said in a caring or supportive manner and felt judgmental and rude, especially when I was already in pain. Just had a wisdom tooth out, they were amazing! My previous wisdom tooth was removed at the hospital in east grinstead and I had an awful experience so I was dreading today. But they put my mind at ease straight away. They were kind, caring and understanding. Plus they removed it so quickly and effortlessly. I was so relieved. I would definitely recommend them, especially the doctor Dr Faizal and nurse Michele! Plus their new practice is really nice too
