Absolutely brilliant and made to feel very welcome and relaxed, from my first visit today all the staff excellent but, I'd like to mention receptionist Shilpa and Nicola who assessed me. I feel very happy that I have chosen to use your practice.

First visit today - a really friendly team - made to feel very welcome on arrival and the service throughout was thoroughly, professional and warm.
As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a genuine welcoming smile. It felt like I was visiting old friends instead of being at the dental clinic. The reception area was cozy and clean, with lots of magazines to distract yourself if you're feeling nervous while waiting for your appointment. The helpful staff explained and answered all of my questions, without trying to push or upsell procedures I didn't need, unlike other dental clinics.
